Club Sports

Club Sports teams are student-run groups that practice regularly and compete against other schools regionally and nationally. All University recognized student groups receive support and funding from the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC). There are currently 28 competitive club sports teams at the University of Pittsburgh. To view what club sports are offered and learn more about each team, please visit the Sports Club Network website.

From meeting new people to building camaraderie to establishing lasting friendships, Club Sports provide students many opportunities to enhance their collegiate experience. Furthermore, club sports are an excellent option for those who are not able to commit or compete at the Division 1 varsity level. From staying in shape to learning a new sport to developing athletic skills, the Club Sports program enables students to maintain their competitive edge.
