Beginning SwimLearn to swim using the mechanics of basic aquatic swim strokes while also forming an understanding of the basic fundamental aquatic skills of rhythm and timing for swim performance.
Zumba UAre you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired, calorie burning dance fitness party that’s moving thousands of people towards joy and health.
Hip-Hop Aerobics*Come enjoy a combination of hip hop dance and fitness moves for an intense hour of fun and exercise. The music will be upbeat hip-hop, rap, and reggaeton and will consist of many songs you may have on your iPods or hear on the radio. You might even learn some dance moves you can use at your next party!
Studio Cycling*Join us for sprints, standing and seated climbs, and jumps for an exciting cardiovascular workout! Work at your own intensity level (light to extreme cycling). Cycling is for everyone: no experience is necessary.
Boot Camp*Want to get toned? Want to burn calories? Utilizing your own bodyweight and the bare minimum of equipment, Boot Camp is a total body workout designed specifically to melt away fat and burn calories.
Training Zone*Train like an athlete to burn off that unwanted fat. Train using combinations of agility ladders, medicine balls, cones, and more to get faster, stronger and in the best shape of your life. You don’t need to be an athlete to train like one!
Salsa Dancing 1 (Beginners)Learn how to dance the exciting and rhythmic style of Salsa! There will be no sense of pressure or tension. Come, enjoy yourself, learn, and have fun (plain and simple).
Salsa Dancing 2 (Intermediate)Come learn how to take your moves to the next level! This class requires previous lessons in beginner salsa dancing. Those who are unsure if they have what it takes are encouraged to join our beginner class.
Pilates UPilates Total Body Makeover: Pilates is similar to yoga, but these exercises are designed to strengthen the core and the long muscles of the body.
Yoga ULearn a series of physical postures as well as practical methods for relaxation, proper breathing, meditation, and concentration that promote health, alleviate stress, improve skeletal alignment, and increase muscular strength and flexibility. Explore poses and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Poses and sequences are practiced with alignment in mind offering practitioners the opportunity to gain confidence, strength, flexibility.
